The US Dollar represents a new direction in my approach and content. No longer am I concerned completely with appealing to everyone. Now the political nature of my work becomes more overt, less subdued.

Basically, it's a dollar bill made entirely from army toys, laden with helicopters, machine guns, soldiers and tanks. The material came from 99 cent stores all around Brooklyn, all made in China. A wide array of colors and sizes align to create an ocean of army men, a chaotic jumble of arms and legs, woven with the intricacy of the Baroque yet exploding with the looseness of expressionism.
